PAMPLONA

The fiesta of San Fermin is celebrated in this city each year between July 7-14. A must for the student of Spanish culture, this was a once in a lifetime experience. We chartered a bus to take us on the 2 ½ hour journey, as there were no convenient buses or trains scheduled. Arriving on the crowded streets at 1:30 a.m., we spent the night with the revelers on the streets before seeing the 8 a.m. running of the bulls through the streets of Pamplona.
